IGL is based in Tamil Nadu, India and has a strong track record of remaining biblically-centered, effectively-managed and spiritually-effective. They have a number of ministries across India and Sri Lanka that plant churches, train leaders, evangelize the lost, and care for the sick, the poor and the orphaned. They have helped plant over 70,000 village churches in the past 20 years. For our initiative, they will be selecting, training, deploying and holding accountable the 1000 new church planters - a move that IGL says could more than double their rate of church planting.

The following churches have joined together to achieve our first objective: deploying 1,000 native church planters among the unreached villages of India. These churches are also joined by a number of individuals who have made our challenge personal to "adopt" a church planter.
